The book was to be used as a reference book for us and not necessarily a textbook. I find it very easy to use. It is especially helpful when at home doing an assignment. There's no teacher at home to ask a question so just go to the index and bam you can find what you generally in two chapters (one maybe indrotucing the tool or function and another demonstrating it in a more complex piece).
