For his outstanding achievements in the domain, Mr. Ji was hailed as China's Grand Master in the academic community. On July 11, 2009, he died of illness at the age of 98. Ji Xianlin’s 98-year-old lifetime was full of ups and downs and legend. This book takes in some wonderful pieces of Ji Xianlin's early studies, including his 60-year teaching and research experience from his returning to China after studying abroad in 1946 till his death.
